Your Marathon Weekend, all-included

  • Your 3 hotel nights from Friday 09/05 to Monday 12/05 booked at Hotel Østerport, one of Copenhagen's legendary hotels located between the City centre and Østerbro in Copenhagen — nearby weekend activities and race start and finish.

  • Half-board stay including breakfast and dinner from Friday night to Monday morning. Only the lunches on-the-go are not included.

    The night before the marathon, a pasta restaurant will be booked from 6 PM to put you in the best possible condition for the big day.

  • Just like in our previous team marathons, we’ve got a weekend packed from Friday night to Sunday night. We're planning big things for the weekend that we'll share soon, but you can definitely count on some community shakeouts with other crews, including the locals from NBRO.

    We’ll also be checking out the local scene with crew activations and pop-ups around this major running event. And, of course, after all that hard work, there’s some serious fun lined up—think boat trip and day drinking for everyone who makes it through.

14-Week Pro Coaching Program

  • A comprehensive 14-week plan designed to help you excel on race day.

    • Onboarding session

    • Personal VMA/Cooper test

    • 3 weekly sessions (grouped by level) including intervals and long runs.

    • Personal trainer direct contact for 1:1 advice

  • 3 weekly training sessions led by the coach to work on every aspect of your success on May 11th:

    • Track sessions: interval speed training — with track access included.

    • Long runs

    • Base endurance

    Dates and times to be determined based on group levels and individual availability.

  • Your personalised training program is designed based on your VMA and Cooper test results, with ongoing monitoring by Victor Terrier (Marathon personal best of 2h35)

    • In case of injury, a diagnostic session and a physical therapy prescription are offered if necessary, which can save you a visit to the doctor. For any doubt or serious injury, the physiotherapist will refer you to a doctor to minimize risk.

    • Follow-up sessions (about 45 minutes each) are priced at €28 (instead of the usual €35), which amounts to €10.18 per session after insurance reimbursement.

    • Our Coach and Physio will work hand-in-hand in case of injury to adapt your personal training and schedule.

FAQ

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of registration. If you'd like to pay in installments, please contact the Cadence team directly.

  • Twin (2 single beds) and double rooms (1 double bed) are available at the hotel — first registered, first served policy.

  • Sure. You can specify the name of the person you want to share a room with on the registration form.

  • Cadence is open to everyone. The easiest way is to send them the link to this page so they can register, and then add them to the WhatsApp community.

  • Not included in the packs are the following:

    • Transportation to and from Copenhagen (plane, train, car). We wanted to give everyone the freedom to choose their mode of transport and schedule.

    • Meals on Saturday and Sunday at lunchtime.

    • Race bib

    • Your race and training gear beyond what's developed in the above sections.

  • The sale of bibs for the Copenhagen Marathon is now closed, so we are unable to include it in the package. However, anyone with or without a bib for the marathon wishing to join the trip, participate in the coaching program, and receive the goodies is welcome.

  • For practical reasons only. Handling large bookings for flights is complicated and pose a financial risk for non professional travel agents.

  • Yes, in the registration form, you will have the option to indicate any food or medication allergies you may have, and we will take them into account.

  • Although the round trips aren't included for practical reasons, we suggest the following options so we can travel together:

    By plane ✈️ (bookings are open)
    BRU —> CPH Friday 09/05 - 15:50
    CPH —> BRU Monday 12/05 - 11h55

    By train 🚄 (to be booked as a group)

  • Absolutely! Just book a Marathon pack without the training plan for them. They’ll enjoy all the benefits of the offer, including the goodies and other perks.

  • Registrations are open until March 25. Please note that the coaching program will officially start on February 3.

  • Yes, the Copenhagen marathon is really popular, just like most running events these days. If you still want to run, check the official Copenhagen Marathon resale platform.

  • The package we offer is designed to support you throughout the entire weekend, as well as the months leading up to the event.

    Our goal is to get everyone to the finish line, each at their own pace. A training plan prepared by a professional coach will guide each participant for three months, with group sessions to keep everyone motivated.

    Additionally, Copenhagen is known for being a flat city, and its marathon course has almost no elevation gain. If you've never run a marathon before, you couldn't dream of a better opportunity.

  • Sure. Here is the cancellation policy:

    • 50 days before departure: 100% refund

    • 30 days before departure: 50% refund

    • After that, 0%

    • However, you can sell your bib and package up to 7 days before departure (name change allowed). Please get in touch with the Cadence team in that regard.

    • Coaching part is non-refundable.
